Measure the outside frame width adding 4-6" to be the outside mount width.Step 2. If your window is french window, measure from 2.4" above the top window frame to the place 1/4" above the ground.If your window is windowsill window, measure from 2.4" above the top window frame to the place 4 " below the bottom window frame.
