Advanced Topics in Airborne Radar

This book is a compilation of all of my research in the field of airborne radar cleared for public release. It was performed through both academic and private sector activities as well as cooperative efforts between these two institutions over a 20-year timeframe. Although, much of the research was performed over 15 years ago, I’m finding that some of the techniques are worth revisiting considering the recent advances in computer architectures, numerical methods, telecommunications as well as Artificial Intelligence (AI). Since the complexity of these techniques had made their implementation in a real time application unfeasible at the time of their inception, this later look in the context of the current computing technology might find their implementation in real time applications within reach.
